Yuan Wang
CEO & Head of UXA multi award-winning tech founder and UX designer with Create, AIMIA and APPA awards to his credit, Yuan has helped some of Australia's largest not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises achieve superior engagement. Yuan is an advocate of user-centred design principles and collaborative design workshops and speaks regularly at UX Australia, Australia's premier user experience design conference.
Rachael Ivancic
General ManagerScottish born Rachael’s digital career spans two continents, multiple industries and 15 years. Specialising in leading cross-functional teams, digital strategy, and project management, she has a passion for agile ways of working and new technologies. Rachael genuinely loves what she does, something those who work alongside her are quick to discover. She's armed with a tenacity to drive projects forward, bringing an effervescent energy to everything she does.
Wei Lin
Head of Development TeamWei brings more than 10 years of experience in front and back-end software engineering, databases, server architecture, mobile and responsive development to Yump. As well as leading Yump’s talented team of Australian on-site developers, he’s a highly skilled full-stack developer, Wordpress expert and Craft champion. His focus on technical innovation has contributed to the agency’s award-winning success.
